two-oh-oh-nine was insane. :o

i can drive, finally. (much to my dad's dismay i'll bet)
i've finally decided to get my ass off my couch and start school.
i did relatively awesome in school apart from one lousy grade.
the year was mostly amazing

To quote last year:

for two/three years running, i hold very dear the people that i still, today, love and meet on a constant/semi-constant basis.i could name all of the majorly significant events that had happened this year, and in everyone of them, this same group of people were present.after school redundant group outings, graduation, birthdays (and trust me, we've tons of them), dimsum sessions, picnics, zootrips, the boys' enlistment dinner, christmas

this year isn’t too far off. we don’t go to school together anymore, we’ve all got separate plans, separate jobs, clashing schedules and yet same group of people, pretty much the same events.

PLUS, i started school! and as much as i’d expected to make lots of new friends, i didn’t. but my group mates are awesome. school’s a bitch to get to, but i realized climbing the overhead bridge is all the exercise my life gets these days. hoho okay here goes:

2009 aggyho: you’re still my favourite bitch, day in and day out. i’ve breezed through every single one of your crazy haircuts this year and i have to say, astroboy hair or not, I still love you long time. spankyous for making me laugh all the time even though sometimes at your expense. i promise i’m gonna try to devote my free time to finding you awesome matcha. J xoxo bff

2009 qbaby: i never did figure out the ending to ben button ;) you have been the awesomest boy ever. i know i can get pretty snappy at times and while i always insist you have the shortest temper, you never do lose it with me. how admirable. J i absolutely love you for being such a doll to me all the time. this year’s definitely one to remember, thanks baby. xoxo

2009 aggyweihuachong: first up, nwh i always get effin excited for when you come home. and i always have a smashin time with you guys. you know laughter’s supposed to make you feel younger so i always feel about the age of 12 with you old farts. So for all the experimental restaurants trips we’ve been to (think vietnamese and ootoya) and christmas without christmas pants (tsktsk, be ashamed aggy) i look forward to growing grey with you guys so i never have to feel a year older than i am right now. and quit with the heels. tall people shouldn’t be allowed to wear heels when hanging out with their vertically challenged friends. xoxo you guys.

ps: aren’t we liking this chong being in school thing. we’re getting more prompt and positive replies. J

2009 wqyptwl: still my favourite babygirls. i think as we grow older, we’ve to admit our private orb doesn’t exist. i’d kinda hope it did. anyway, come 2010, wqy, you and i are going to stop being snappy to each other. more love, less war, we’re gonna have to work at it and we will J and in 2010, we’re also gonna have more soupspoon till their staff know us on a first name basis. and you know soup comes with crazy ideas, and crazy plans, crazy notions and crazy gossip. 2009 wqyxttdl: i think next year we’re all going to be incredibly busy and at different places in the world. it breaks my heart but i hope we’d still make time for christmas dinners, dinners when  i’m just craving for something, plain ol’ dinners just because, possibly indulge xt in some old man activities and go prawning, make fun of his gambling addiction and maybe one day speak of how proud we are of the awesome pilot we know. 2009 acycritter: hello monday friends. this monday plan sucks cause critter never ever keeps to it. time to stop making fun of me when we hang out please. 2010 we gotta grow up already, maybe start talking about shares and investments. okay i kid, i love the conversations that we already have (quite grown up what, pay cuts and promotions). haha, i swear i’ll make you guys proud and earn some money of my own someday. xoxo!
